Gentle, restorative postnatal yoga for new mums — with your pre-crawler baby along for the journey
This 6 week course is Led by:
Natalie Kaufman fro the Mama Tree – post natal / pregnancy yoga exert
Mannie – experienced postnatal doula & personal trainer (who’ll be there to entertain/ care for baby to attempt to allow you to have an hour for yourself
What to expect:
Gentle, targeted movements to support recovery after birth and strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles.
Breathwork and relaxation to reduce stress, boost energy, and promote emotional well-being.
Improved posture and mobility to ease common aches, pains, and tension from feeding, carrying, and caring for your baby.
A supportive, baby-friendly space where you can connect with other new mums and move at your own pace.
Important:
You’ll need your postnatal sign-off (usually at 6–8 weeks postpartum)
We recommend seeing a women’s health physio for a full check before starting
