Gentle, restorative postnatal yoga for new mums — with your pre-crawler baby along for the journey

This 6 week course is Led by:

  • Natalie Kaufman fro the Mama Tree – post natal / pregnancy yoga exert

  • Mannie – experienced postnatal doula & personal trainer (who’ll be there to entertain/ care for baby to attempt to allow you to have an hour for yourself

What to expect:

  1. Gentle, targeted movements to support recovery after birth and strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles.

  2. Breathwork and relaxation to reduce stress, boost energy, and promote emotional well-being.

  3. Improved posture and mobility to ease common aches, pains, and tension from feeding, carrying, and caring for your baby.

  4. A supportive, baby-friendly space where you can connect with other new mums and move at your own pace.

Important:

  • You’ll need your postnatal sign-off (usually at 6–8 weeks postpartum)

  • We recommend seeing a women’s health physio for a full check before starting
