Join our next group class starting Tuesday 2nd June/ Monday 6th July, running weekly for 5/4 weeks — a gentle, feel-good way to ease back into exercise after birth, with your baby by your side.

Led by:
Mannie – experienced postnatal doula, Pilates teacher & personal trainer

What to expect:

A supportive return to movement after pregnancy and birth
A blend of Pilates and functional fitness to rebuild strength safely
Classes designed for you and your pre-crawling baby
Access to a collection of toys to keep little ones engaged
A beautiful studio setting with a calm, welcoming atmosphere
A friendly, no-pressure community of mums at the same stage

Important:

You’ll need your postnatal sign-off (usually 6–8 weeks postpartum)
We recommend a women’s health physio check before starting
