What to expect:

  • Safe, effective exercise to rebuild strength and confidence

  • Supportive, community vibe โ€” no judgment, just movement

  • Gorgeous views, friendly faces, and expert coaching

Important:

  • Youโ€™ll need your postnatal sign-off (usually at 6โ€“8 weeks postpartum)

  • We recommend seeing a womenโ€™s health physio for a full check before starting
