Summer Solstice Day Retreat - 10am to 4pm
The perfect way to celebrate summer and embrace all she has to offer with a day to connect to yourself and nature.
10:00 AM - 10:15 AM:Meet & Greet with Refreshments
Arrive and settle in with a warm welcome. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a light snack, and meet like-minded individuals who are also seeking peace and rejuvenation.
10:15 AM - 10.45 AM:Intention Setting & Meditation
Set the tone for your retreat experience with an intention-setting session. Guided meditation will help you focus on your personal goals and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.
10:45 AM - 11:15 AM: Breathwork Session
Discover the power of breathwork as Sian guides you through breathing techniques that reduce stress, increase energy, and foster emotional balance.
11:15 AM - 12:15 PM: Hatha Yoga Flow
Move through a gentle yet energizing Hatha yoga flow designed to release tension, build strength, and create inner peace. Suitable for all levels with modifications always available.
12.15 - 1.15: Wild swimming, Hot tub and Sauna session
Before lunch we enjoy Wildwoods unique outdoor wellness area. A wild swim in the natural lake, a warm up in the sauna and a gorgeous soak in the hot tub. All with incredible views immersed in nature.
1.15 - 2.30: Lunch break
Enjoy a nutritious and delicious lunch, thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body and soul. Think Buddha bowls and fresh flavours. Dietary requirements are catered for.
2.30- 3.30: Yin yoga practice
Slow down with a calming Yin yoga session that focuses on long-held stretches, releasing deep tension, and improving flexibility. Ideal for relaxation and letting go.
3.30- 4: Guided relaxation
You’ll be guided through a deep visualisation and relaxation to help you absorb and end the day on a high.
