Arrive and settle in with a warm welcome. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a light snack, and meet like-minded individuals who are also seeking peace and rejuvenation.

10:15 AM - 10.45 AM:Intention Setting & Meditation

Set the tone for your retreat experience with an intention-setting session. Guided meditation will help you focus on your personal goals and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.

10:45 AM - 11:15 AM: Breathwork Session

Discover the power of breathwork as we guide you through breathing techniques that reduce stress, increase energy, and foster emotional balance.

11:15 AM - 12:15 PM: Hatha Yoga Flow

Move through a gentle yet energizing Hatha yoga flow designed to release tension, build strength, and create inner peace. Suitable for all levels.

12.45-1.45 Lunch break

Enjoy a nutritious and delicious lunch, thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body and soul. Think warm soups by the fireside and Cacao.

1.45-2.30 Yin yoga practice

Slow down with a calming Yin yoga session that focuses on long-held stretches, releasing deep tension, and improving flexibility. Ideal for relaxation and letting go.
Using warming blankets and supportive props.

2.30-3 Guided relaxation

You’ll be guided through a deep visualisation and relaxation to help you absorb the day and prepare the mind and body for hibernation.

3-4 Hot tub and Sauna session

To end our day we enjoy Wildwoods unique outdoor wellness area. A gorgeous soak in the hot tub and a deeply warming sauna. Both with incredible views immersed in nature.
