We’re so excited to invite you to our next Wellness Day at Wild Wood UK — a feel-good day retreat designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect in nature. Expect laughter, movement, delicious food, and some seriously nourishing time in our woodland wellness space.

💃 The Day at a Glance

🕚 9:30 AM – Dance Fit with Ellie
Start the day with a giggle! Ellie’s high-energy Dance Fit session is the most fun you’ll have while burning calories. Think feel-good music, easy-to-follow moves, and plenty of laughs to set the tone for the day.

🧘‍♀️ 10:45 AM – Yoga with Keeley
Slow it all down with a beautifully grounding yoga session either in the gorgeous garden or within the studio (if it’s raining). Keeley’s practice will stretch and relax you — no pressure, no experience needed, just breath, movement and presence.

💧12 PM – Wellness in the Wild
Your afternoon is all about rest and renewal. Float between:

  • 🌊 Natural pool Dipping / swimming

  • 🔥 Sauna & Hot Tub

  • Quiet time to journal, reflect or simply be

  • Or time to make friends and have a giggle

🥗 1.30PM - Lunch by the Farmers Larder

Enjoy a delicious, wholesome lunch, with a lakeside view, lovingly prepared by The Farmer’s Larder. Locally sourced, fresh and seasonal — it’s food that fuels both body and soul.
