Join us for a calming and empowering weekly evening designed especially for expectant mums. This 6-week course blends the proven techniques of hypnobirthing with the gentle, nurturing benefits of pregnancy yoga – all in the serene setting of our lakeside studio.

✨ Your Evening Includes:

1 Hour of Hypnobirthing with Coach Mannie
Teaching since 2016, Mannie will share simple but powerful tools to help you approach birth with confidence, calm, and a positive mindset. Hypnobirthing uses relaxation, breathing, and visualisation techniques to reduce fear, ease discomfort, and help you feel more in control during labour.

1 Hour of Pregnancy Yoga with Natalie – The Mama Tree
Natalie’s sessions focus on safe, gentle movements tailored to your pregnancy. Pregnancy yoga helps relieve tension, improve posture, support your changing body, and build strength and flexibility for birth – while also giving you time to connect with your baby.

Relaxation: different methods of relaxation which you can adapt to assist your pregnancy, labour and birth.

The Alternatives: Taking a closer look into Back to backbabies, breech babies, instrumental birth and caesariansbirths and how to maximise your experience in this circumstances.

Tearing: what does it mean, how to prevent it & what top tips we recommend in the event of a tear.

BEFORE BIRTH

Induction: When its clinically justified & how to make it a positive experience & possible natural induction methods.

Choices & Control: How to have choices & control in YOUR birth.

The System: From taking a closer look at the NHS and the roles of midwives and obstetricians to private care.

BIRTH

The Birth: where to give birth, setting up your birth environment, positions & the birth journey.

Birth partner: Giving them a clear & defined role to support you & make an equally incredible mutual experience.

The Third Stage of labour: Your placenta, newborncuddles and basics on feeding.
