Begin with a gentle yet energising Pilates class led by Mannie, followed by delicious, lovingly made cake. Then sink into a deeply restorative wellness hour, with time to relax in the sauna and hot tub — and for the brave, a refreshing cold dip to awaken the senses.

Whether you come with your mum, your daughter, a friend, or simply to honour yourself, this is a beautiful way to celebrate care, gratitude and togetherness.

9:30 – 10:15am / 11 to 11.45| Pilates with Mannie / yoga with Keeley
A grounding Pilates session designed to strengthen, lengthen and reconnect you with your body — suitable for all levels.

Cake & Connection
After Pilates, enjoy a slice of homemade cake, baked with love and intention — the perfect post-movement treat.

10:30 – 11:30am / 12 to 1pm Wellness Hour
Unwind in our sauna and hot tub, with the option of a fresh cold dip for those feeling adventurous. A full hour to relax, reset and soak up the Wild-Wood atmosphere.
