A supportive weekly class designed to help you feel strong, informed, calm, and connected throughout pregnancy.
Each session combines gentle Pregnancy Pilates with practical antenataleducation inspired by hypnobirthing principles β helping you prepare both physically and mentally for birth and early motherhood.
Led by Mannie β experienced doula, Pilates teacher & personal trainer.
What to Expect
30 Minutes Movement
A safe and supportive movement practice designed for pregnancy.
