Train outside in the fresh air while your baby stays in the buggy or relaxes on a mat beside you. This is about rebuilding strength, improving fitness, and feeling like yourself again.
What It Is
A functional fitness class designed specifically for postnatal mums, supporting you as your baby becomes more active and on the move.
We combine strength training, cardio intervals, and mobility work into a simple, effective outdoor session that meets you where you’re at — and helps you progress week by week.

Full-body functional workouts (strength + cardio)
